The use of Design Yourself is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using services provided by Design Yourself you agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Design Yourself does not bear responsibility for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items sent via normal mail. Shoppers are advised to opt for registered postage for tracking purposes.
Design Yourself does not entertain reservation of items.
Design Yourself does not bear responsibility for damage due to the misuse of products sold.
There will be no exchange or refund for items sold.
Customized Items
Orders will only be processed after payment is made. Photo quality on the items will depend on the resolution of the photos provided to us.
Client has sole responsibility for any copyright infringments on materials provided by client and Design Yourself will not be liable.
Item will be sent out within 1-5 days of order to allow time for preparation.
Pictures provided to us will be cropped to best fit the size of the iPhone cover, if you are uncomfortable with it, you may crop the image to the size of 11.5cm x 5.8cm before sending it to us. Please also provide allowance for the camera hole.
Photographs of completed products will be showcased on any of our galleries. If you do not wish to have your item displayed, please inform us at point of purchase.
Other Items
Orders will only be sent out after payment is verified.
Item will be sent out within 1-5 days of order.
Pictures of items provide are true to actual product, however, due to different resolutions there may be slight variation in colours etc, we do not take responsibility for this.
Payment Methods and Security
We accept the following modes of payment.
1. Bank transfers via Internet banking: We accept internet banking transfers from DBS and POSB accounts. Transfers are done via the website of the respective banks and we do not receive your account details through the transactions. Please note that interbank transfers take a longer time.

IMPORTANT: After you’ve completed the banking transaction, please include your ibanking nick and transaction ID in the email for verification purposes.
2. Credit/Debit card through Paypal: We use Paypal as our payment gateway for credit/debit card transactions. Paypal is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment and is under the same company as eBay. It keeps your card details private and does not reveal them even to us.

We deliver to 170 countries around the world via Singpost and Speedpost.
Delivery within Singapore
Normal mail: This is applicable only for deliveries within Singapore. Postage rates are already included in the cost of the item. Parcels will be sent to only one location for bundle orders. Additional charges will apply for delivery to different locations. There are no tracking numbers for normal mail and Design Yourself will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail.
Registered mail: Registered mail is available at an additional S$4.00 and is calculated per parcel. Each parcel is given a registered article (RA) number and parcels can be tracked down via the RA number at Singpost’s website. Your article number will be emailed to you once the parcel has been sent out.
International Delivery

Bulk Order/Supply Rates
Bulk orders will be subjected to additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are inclusive of postage fees and bubble wrap. Please email d.yourself@hotmail.com for more information.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
Verification of payment is immediate for Paypal and takes a maximum of one working day for internet bank transfers.
1. Deliveries within Singapore
Normal /registered: 1-5 working days upon verification of payment.
2. International deliveries: 7-10 working days upon verification of payment
LOST MAIL
Design Yourself does not bear responsibility for lost/damaged parcel mailed via normal post. Hence, registered mail is recommended. You will receive an email notification when your parcel is shipped.
Validation of Terms and Conditions
Design Yourself reserves the right to amend / update the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without notice to the Customer.
